OUR RESPONSE TO
COVID-19
WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER
We are in unprecedented times and in order to comply with government regulations and help reduce the spread, we are following strict precautionary measures as detailed below.
we are committed to providing continued great service and support during this pandemic!
East Coast Collective is a service-based business that is an integral part of the Real Estate and Construction Industries and currently still able to trade under the following guidelines to keep our team, clients, and partnering businesses safe and help stop the spread.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR OUR SERVICES?
Construction and renovations are still happening and, now more than ever, we are spending more time in our homes and noticing those little things that we have been wanting to refresh or update and not had the time to get to.
We can walk you through the design process virtually, as most work is completed online, as well have samples delivered to your door, or periodic site visits in line with current NSW regulations to date and social distancing regulations below.
Real Estate and Logistics are still essential services, however, the limitations placed on these industries have become even more stringent. That means more than ever investing in professional styling for one of your most important assets is even more critical when trying to stand out from the crowd and get buyers to fall in love with your home via photos only.
Our property styling services will help engage buyers from the very first impression of seeing your property advertised digitally. It also helps achieve an emotional connection and define the scale of the spaces to show buyers how they can use each room. In an uncertain market, give yourself the best possible advantage with presenting your property well.
When business is slower, now is a great time to work on your business to prepare you for when things turn around. Whether you are a retailer, builder, or commercial business, now is a great time to start working on those projects you've been putting off.
We can help you virtually or on-site in line with with current NSW regulations to date and social distancing regulations below.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Most of our consultations can now be completed virtually via a scheduled Zoom, Skype or other video conferencing call. However, in the case where we need to visually inspect the property in person, and/or for all project installations, we will ask a series of health-related questions prior to confirming your booking.
We require a written response to the following questions provided by the World Health Organisation in response to Covid-19.
-
Have you, or any person in your household, traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
-
Have you, or any person in your household, knowingly come in contact with any person that has traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
-
Are you, or any person in your household, currently unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness?
-
Are you, or any person in your household, currently undergoing a 14 day self-isolation period?
If a response is not received, or you answer yes to any of the questions, unfortunately, we WILL NOT be able to meet you at the property and will need to re-schedule as required.
Once the date is confirmed, you MUST notify us if anything changes.
During Sydney Lockdown 2.0, no occupied residences are able to be entered, therefore we will only be able to attend a consultations and projects on unoccupied properties or virtually.
Following the Australian Government and WHO guidelines, any site access by our team and/or contractors will be in accordance with the social distancing requirements and state regulations. No more than 2 people will be allowed inside the property at one time during installations. If we have more than 1 person on a project installation, we will require that the property is vacated and clear access is provided. This means that we will not enter your property if it is occupied at the time of installation and cannot begin works until you vacate the property for us to complete our work.
Once we are near completion of the work, we will contact you to advise a time that you can return to the property. You will be able to return to your property at the completion of the work once our team has left the premises.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
